Services

Therapy

Integrating gold standard, evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ACT, we support you in grieving the imagined path, engaging in reparenting work, and reshaping unhelpful patterns. Our work focuses on building skills for emotion regulation, effective advocacy, and values-aligned decision making so you can feel more grounded and confident in your child’s trajectory, without pathologizing a child who is not broken.

Inclusive Activities

Music therapy and music lessons offered through our partner, Life On Music

Parent Coaching

Moving beyond one size fits all approaches like time outs and sticker charts, we integrate RUBI, Incredible Years, PCIT, DBT, and other evidence-based practices to help you understand the "why" behind your child’s behavior and build a practical toolbox of strategies tailored to their unique neurotype.

Peer Support

Raising a child with an invisible disability can feel isolating. We connect you with support circles of parents who "get it," helping you realize that you are never alone in this experience.

Advocacy

You shouldn't have to have the stamina to fight the system alone. We assist in navigating insurance hurdles—so you don't have to educate insurance workers about their jobs—and help you secure truly inclusive settings for your child.

Resource Coordination

Our services help you identify the most essential referrals that align with your family’s values, whether that includes OT, PT, ABA, or speech therapy. We also guide you through insurance and the referral process so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
