Cost & Insurance
Northwest Family Care offers all therapy and parent coaching services at a standard rate of $150 per 50-minute session.
Invoices are sent monthly through our secure client portal via SimplePractice, where payments can be easily made using a debit or credit card.
Insurance &
Sliding Scale
We are currently considered out-of-network providers with all insurance companies. We will happily provide you with a “superbill” to be used for reimbursement. The amount of coverage varies by insurance plan and reimbursement for services cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us with additional questions or help submitting directly to your insurance company.
We believe in providing equitable access to services and support. If you are concerned about out-of-pocket costs, please inquire about our sliding scale options. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available and require completion of an application along with proof of income or participation in qualifying programs (e.g., EBT, CHIP, Provider One, WIC, or Apple Health).
